Beach, spa and hotel — the three places this cloth ends up. Footage is placeholder for now; your own shoot drops straight into these frames.
Your spec sheet is the brief.
Send a measurement chart, a Pantone code, a competitor sample or a sketch on paper. We develop against it, send a physical sample for sign-off, and only then cut bulk.
Your brand goes on the label, the tags, the polybag and the carton. Ours goes nowhere.
Custom sizing
Graded to your chart — EU, UK, US or your own house block. Oversized, petite, tall, plus.
Colour matching
Lab dips against Pantone TCX or a physical swatch. Reactive, pigment, vat and garment dye.
Prints & embellishment
Screen, digital, block and discharge print; embroidery, tipping, piping and appliqué.
Labels & packing
Woven neck labels, care tags, hangtags, barcodes, printed polybags, retail-ready cartons.
Enquiry to container.
Enquiry
Product, quantity, target price, destination city. You get a costed offer with a committed date.
Sampling
Lab dips and a proto against your chart. Revised until you sign it off — usually two weeks.
Production
Weaving or knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching, finishing — all tracked on our own floor.
Inspection
AQL check, GSM and shrinkage verification, measurement audit. Third-party welcome.
Despatch
Packed to your carton spec and shipped the way you prefer. Export documents from our desk.
One roof, from yarn to carton.
Weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing sit in the same facility. That is why a colour correction takes days instead of weeks — and why a 150-piece trial order is not a problem for us.
Tell us what you need made.
Product, quantity, target cost and delivery city is enough to start. The more detail you send, the sharper the price comes back.
We will come back with a costed offer, usually within one working day.
